Self-Love Book Club

Self help, self-love books have become one of my favorite types of books to read. Not only do I learn more about why I act and respond the way I do, I also gain valuable insight on how to be a better human. These books have helped me be a better leader, helped me to understand the importance of time, and they have even helped me get rid of the negative self talk.

Book clubs have always been popular, but instead of reading the next romance novel we read self help books. I wanted to create a safe space for women to read a book, analyze the tips, and discuss how it can work in their worlds. These books have brought me so much joy, but the community aspect makes me so excited to see this idea blossom.

It is free group (yes, on Facebook) and we will have weekly calls each Monday to chat about the book, catch up on life, and embrace the support of a wonderful community of strong, kind women.
